- Sounds like he's right...
-
- Remember that the MAC: device only reads/writes the resource OR data fork
- at a time: So, do the following:
-
- MACControl MAC: DATA
- Copy <filename> MAC:
- MACControl MAC: RSRC
- Copy <filename> MAC:
-
- Then it should decompress fine.
-
- It's best to use the StuffIt-UnCompressor as well, but BinHex should work.

- Remember that MAC's are very memory-hungry. Lower the amount of MAC ram as
- low as you need.
- Don't forget also that the AmigaAGA-EVD drivers chew up yet more RAM.

-
- You should try it using the normal bitplanes driver!
-

-
- The refresh is slow because the Amiga is doing Chunky to Planar conversions
- to display the MAC screen. A MAC 2-colour screen is Planar anwyay, so runs
- much much faster.

- It is! And you are!
- Buy a CyberGFX, and SS will run 15-bit the same speed as 2-colour now!

- Good!
